This week, Dream Activist members set out to show that Obama’s administration was still detaining and removing undocumented youth. They created their own strategy by intentionally getting undocumented youth into a detention center to document abuse from the inside of the detention facility. 

Week of Direct Action Against Alabama On Tuesday, November 15, 2011, 13 protestors, including some undocumented students and parents, staged a powerful act of civil disobedience in Mobile, Alabama. These courageous individuals came from all over the nation to protest the country’s toughest anti-immigrant legislation.
